Module Description: |
This module will further develop the workshop and instrumental skills from Community Music Project 1 and explore the role of the arts within the community. The students will design, facilitate and evaluate a project within the community. |
Learning Outcomes |
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to: |

Develop and facilitate a music project within the community |

Use, to an increased degree of proficiency and confidence, instrumental and vocal skills in a workshop
setting |

Demonstrate an awareness of the issues pertaining to Community Music practice, including project
management |

Examine the needs of the community in relation to music, identifying ways to work effectively in this
area |
