Module Description: This module supports the learner in fostering a learning path. This facilitates the development of the workplace competencies previously identified as deficient.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Develop a learning plan which facilitates critically engagement with the learning process.
LO2 Record evidence of learning which establishes achievement of defined core competencies.
LO3 Complete a formal learning agreement which will support the achievement of competencies identified.
LO4 Engage with workplace activities to fill the competence gaps as identified.
