Module Description: This module aims to provide a context for the site construction manager's role regarding site organisation production and procedures.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Identify the processes and fields of management related to construction production management.
LO2 Describe the construction site process and the implications of site layout planning.
LO3 Explain the requirements for the appropriate management of all resources on site.
LO4 Examine the regulatory framework in which the construction industry operates.
LO5 Describe the elements of quality control,quality assurance and total quality management.

Introduction to the concept of quality,total quality management,quality assurance,quality control,quality work.
