Module Description: This module aims to provide a critical awareness of strategic management, organisational structures, marketing, and culture management within construction organisations and applied to the construction industry.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Evaluate approaches to strategic management in construction organisations
LO2 Assess the importance of the design of organisation structures for construction companies.
LO3 Evaluate marketing strategies for construction organisations.
LO4 Assess the importance of culture in construction organisations.
LO5 Evaluate the management of culture in construction organisations
LO6 Assess the need for maintenance management of Buildings.

Design implications, maintenance management, terotechnology.
