| On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to: |

Interpret the financial statements of construction companies. |

Engage in investment decision making for construction companies, and total project life cycle costing. |

Analise how the domestic and international economic environment can affect corporate and project capital availability. |
| LO4 |
Design appropriate strategies to enable construction companies to engage in corporate and financial expansion. |

Determine how the working capital of a construction company should be managemed efficiently. |
