Module Description: This modules presents a number of contexts in which the learner develops the skills necessary to be an active, informed and critical ensemble musician and audience member.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Recognise and describe the stylistic features of music dating from 1900 to the present day
LO2 Participate successfully as an active member of a large ensemble
LO3 Apply critical evaluation to the performance of others and new repertory
LO4 Assimilate and manifest knowledge and awareness gained through attending public concerts
