This module is aimed at students who have a fundamental knowledge of the German language (CEFR Level A1.1). It aims to strengthen and deepen existing language skills and cultural awareness. The module is taught at CEFR level A1.2 (also commonly referred to as upper A1 level or A1+).
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

speak in the present and spoken past tenses

write short paragraphs in German using the present and written past tenses

comprehend authentic texts in German at a basic level
