Module Description: Through this module, the learner will expand their vocal and physical range in performance, while developing a professional work ethic.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 apply a variety of methods of rehearsal and exploration to a broad range of texts
LO2 show in performance an appropriate range of physical, vocal, and acting skills
LO3 exhibit a comprehensive knowledge of a wide variety of dramatic texts
LO4 develop and execute individual practice, reflecting personal strengths and practical knowledge of their craft
LO5 critically reflect on and document course work

Voice
A variety of advanced voice exercises and techniques enabling the student to approach a wide range of texts
Movement
Exercises which will engage and challenge the student at an advanced level of physical expression
Text
Advanced exploration and performance of a wide variety of texts and acting repertoire e.g. Ibsen, Strindberg, Chekhov, Osbourne, Churchill, Ravenhill, Wilson, Murphy & McDonagh
Performance
Preparation and performance of material in both peer groups and full ensemble contexts
Critical Reflection
Critically reflect on the student's engagement with, and understanding of all aspects of the module
