Module Description: This module sees the student as a skilled, thinking member of a coherent performance ensemble, contributing artistically and at a practical level to a variety of performance scenarios.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Exhibit developing skills in acting, singing and dance as a distinct personality (as a musical theatre performer) emerges
LO2 Establish a personal discipline of preparation, practice and rehearsal
LO3 Interpret a range of roles in standard musical theatre works
LO4 Widen their understanding of stagecraft and technical theatre
LO5 Document their progress and developing insight to the theatrical profession
