Module Description: This module explores the contemporary budgeting, risk, ethics, performance measurement across an organisation, customer relationship and other modern modern management issues and the associated involvement of the management accountant.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 analyse and critique the evolving body of management and management accounting techniques in the related areas.
LO2 evaluate and advise management on business decisions using advanced numerical and judgemental skills.
LO3 present to the managerial team the numeracy and qualitative arguements in a convincing and cohesive manner.
LO4 transfer the range of strategic management accounting techniques to a range of business contexts.
