Module Description: This Module will allow the student to demonstrate the skills and knowledge needed to produce a business plan for the development of a new tourism business venture.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Produce a Business Plan Related to a new Tourism Business Venture
LO2 Analyse the business and operational environment and how that environment influences the tourism SME.
LO3 Critically assess the viability of a new business venture.
LO4 Evaluate key operational areas of a small tourism business
LO5 Present effectively the key elements of the business plan.
