The organisation and it's Microenvironment, the market context, cost analysis, demand analysis, markets and competition, economies of scale, price elasticity.
The Macroeconomics of Strategy, aggregate demand, foreign trade, exchange rates, aggregate supply, GDP, inflation, unemployment, Competitive Advantage, forecasting. Uncertainty and risk.
