  (a) A wide range of theoretical and practical insights into the visual arts and their role in the education of adolescents and adults and an ability to formulate a research proposal, the topic of which originates in their teaching practice.

  (a) Appropriate levels of artistic and educational skills and knowledge to enable them to become art strategists in a variety of educational contexts.
