Handle customers in difficult situations and where elements of dissatisfaction are evident in a way that produces a mutually satisfactory service encounter.

  (a) Can work on their own initiative and as part of a team, in administrative sales and informational roles in the tourism sector, be prepared for supervisory roles and contribute to the organisational and business process of the enterprise, and ensure that organisational policy is effectively implemented.
