  (a) A broad knowledge and understanding of the wide and varied range of activities constituting Construction Management, including Management, Procurement options, Development economics, Construction Technology, Construction Law and Contract, Construction Finance, Surveying, Planning, Programming and Production and Site Management.
PO2 Knowledge - Kind
  (a) The ability to apply knowledge and skills of Construction Management, including Management, Procurement options, Development economics, Construction Technology, Construction Law and Contract, Construction Finance, Surveying, Planning, Programming and Production and Site Management to manage complex construction projects in an efficient and safe manner, from conception to completion.
PO3 Skill - Range
  (a) The ability to use advanced techniques, skills and computer based tools to think creatively, broadly and effectively in both qualitative and quantitative terms for Construction Management practice.

  (a) The ability to adapt successfully to change, provide for new construction technologies, be sensitive to the political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental consequences of the construction process and product and to accommodate wider professional responsibilities.

  (a) The intellectual ability to comprehend concepts and ideas arising from a variety of construction-related disciplines including science, technology and the arts, to analyse, make value judgements and propose practical and economically viable solutions to construction problems, in a multi- dimensional information environment, matched to the clients specific requirements rather than presenting standard or traditional construction solutions.
