  (a) Familiarity with and ability to critque modern accounting and business theories, standards and techniques; interpret and appraise the implications of a changing business environment and be familiar with the assumptions/limitations of current accounting and management theories and techniques.

  (a) Ability to prepare and present financial statements in accordance with company law and current accounting standards; design and implement solutions for specific accounting and business problems.
