  (a) a creative, working, and hands-on knowledge of the audio programming software packages, the sequencing and composition software packages, studio recording and editing/mixing systems, mixing desks, and surround sound systems.

  (a) the ability to critically assess the adequacy of a recording studio / venue, its equipment, a range of different computer applications, and be able to offer clarity of perspective and services, with regard to technology, to musicians an other persons who work in arts

  (a) adaptability to new hardware and software packages, and use these packages creatively and in novel ways appropriate to the undertaking.
