  (a) A fundamental understanding of the theory, concepts and methods in the engineering sciences, electrical technologies, mathematics, ICT, as well as in the design and engineering practice relevant to the electrical engineer.

  (a) The ability to derive and apply knowledge of the engineering sciences, electrical technologies, mathematics, ICT, design and engineering practice to the solution of electrical engineering technology problems while taking into account any inherent limitations.
PO3 Skill - Range
  (a) The ability to specify and use appropriate methods, skills and techniques, incorporating modern computer-based engineering tools and power systems to solve a range of problems, including those of a challenging nature, within the domain of electrical engineering.
