  (a) An ability to integrate the theoretical and practical strands of the programme by formulating and applying effective teaching programmes in their teaching placement and using formal research methodology in art craft and design education.

  (a) An ability to utilise inter-personal and intra-personal abilities to successfully formulate and teach a range of Art, Craft and Design activities that are appropriate to the learning needs of the pupil.
