Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to
Deal with the transpositions and musical roles of the various instruments of the chosen ensemble(s)
Construct varied and balanced textures and use them creatively in structural sequence
Create a mapped analysis of the scoring of an item for Wind Ensemble and/or Symphony Orchestra
Score an item for Wind Ensemble and/or Symphony Orchestra using Sibelius notation software
Work smoothly towards a deadline with time for multiple revisions
