On successful completion of this programme the learner will be able to :

PO1Knowledge - Breadthan understanding of the key issues pertaining to the business management of a Hospitality enterprise, and be able to identify and demonstrate appropriate responses to key management challenges.
PO2Knowledge - Kindhave gained a detailed understanding of the aspects strategic decision making in business planning, finance, marketing, and human resources, and yield management and understand the interrelated nature of these areas in order to formulate outcome driven courses of action
PO3Skill - Rangebe able to gather and critically analyse relevant data to facilitate appropriate decision making in the business context and utilise appropriate date for effective decision making
